I would concede Illinois to Obama. However the Illinois
democrats have been a disaster for this state. Todd Stroger, Richard Daley and Rod Blagojevich have made a big mess. It's a big blue state but the door is open and
Mr. Obama is not revered in the suburbs.

This state is ripe for a GOP victory. An aggressive GOP
would have alot of ammo. Unfortunately the Illinois GOP is struggling to find it's voice.

I'm hoping it's real. I want it, too, but we don't get magazines here until they're about eight weeks old. So, a friend is going to collect some current ones off the newsstands and send them.

That way, we'll only have to wait about two weeks after they come out and we'll get to read filter through some fairly current stuff.

I think the new issues of the weeklies hit the stands on Tuesdays. I snagged a couple when I was home just to keep an eye on what the enemy was up to. ;-)
