Telling them that to their faces is a good start. A good finish is to hit them where it counts in their pocketbook. Don’t buy slanted magazines or newspapers or watch the likes of CNN and MSNBC.

That is truly the only way to influence them. Incidents like this one, where they are hooted at and rebuked, only reinforces the reporters' attitudes that "flyover country" is full of ignorant bumpkins who "don't get it". Once they're safely back in the arms of the Drive-By offices, they get their echo-chamber reinforcement and ego-stoking.

On the other hand, as "Us" magazine learned, refuse to buy their tripe and they may listen.

IMHO this election will be decided in fly-over country. The left and the MSM are seriously underestimating the the amount of anger in the folks who reside there. They are going to be in for a shock.
