Ron Paul is no Perot factor that is for sure.

They listen to NPR, WaPo....Many are libertarians, no war, bring our troops home, small government...???

I dont know if this will hurt the republicans...might bring in some Democrats??? i don’t know

That’s an encouraging thought...

But would people who basically want no government and isolationism really support Obama?

Yeah, you keep telling yourself that. But there is a palpable sense to me that that is not what you truly, deep-down inside believe. There are many anti-war republicans and conservatives. They're out there.

If Paul does run (and he won't, Paul's major announcement is something different) and gets 5% of the vote, and McCain loses by 1%, will you still say as much? I highly doubt it.
