And the obambi folks having secret meetings with FNC doesn’t count as trying to influence the coverage.

Ugh I was revolted to see this creep before the Beloved vs the Colts last night. Mark Levin calls him Keith “Countdown to No ratings” Olbermann. KO is the worst.

I wonder, do the ezekativs in the upper offices at msnbc think gregory is an improvement?

This is the first “reporter” I ever felt compelled to write and call, trying to contact him directly, to tell him what a noisy, insignificant, diminutive, bad mannered, ill informed representative of the human race and his profession I thought him to be. That was nearly a decade ago.

When Saturday Night Live ran two skits showing how in the tank the media was for Obama, the nation laughed, because everyone knew it to be true. Let SNL run a skit about how biased the media is to republicans and we can count the number of people who laugh vs. those who scratch their heads and wonder what gives.

LOL!
If anyone controls MSNBC's programming, it's The DNC (today's
Comintern)!
They obviously sent a directive to MSNBC management telling them
it's time to rein in Matthews and Olberman.

As they obviously didn't get the DNC memo about acting like sane,
rational human beings until Obama is elected!

Instead of revealing their true identity as raving nutburger
aliens from another planet far, far away!!!

Even Bill Maher made fun of Olberputz and Chrissie “tingle-up-my-leg” Matthews, saying “they acted like they wanted to have sex with him (Obama)”.

I can’t believe that Oberboy was so over the top that the leftists at MSNBC tossed him overboard.

On the other hand, do you think Sissy’s leaving has to do with his running for PA Senate? Maybe he requested the change....

Maybe General Electric doesn’t want to lose a big contract due to the “boys” misbehaving.

No, logical, economic reasons don’t work for liberals.

I thought it was the BOOing at the Giants game and it was sports fans that ruled over NBC.

Jeff Zucker (CEO of NBC) Heartily Booed at Halftime of Giants Game (anti-MSM statement)

Isn’t Salon published by the people as MSNBC (at least originally)?

-- The right is in control of the media? --

They don't make exactly that "in control" claim, except against FoxNews. The claim is that the media is biased right - and monolithically so. Here is a recent comment:

These [criticism by Krauthammer, Noonan, Frum, Dr. Laura, Lyda Green] are just a few cracks in the otherwise monolithic facade of the Republican Party and the media who continue to portray the selection of someone totally unqualified as a brilliant political idea.

And another:

They went with ABC [Charles Gibson for the 1st Palin interview] because it is nearly as Republican friendly as Fox but still has more news cred. The truth is we no longer have a news media in this country.

And this one is fun. Call for a blackout, and then complain that Palin doesn't appear:

someone else on radio suggested a media blackout of Palin (a la Ron Paul, John Edwards). I like it.

Many on the left are afraid. Palin is that good. "Scary ... she's a formidable candidate." I think formidable is on the day's talking points. Beckel used it this morning.
