Now on The Jay Severin Show on Boston's WTKK-FM...
Severin says he has seen Obama's Harvard Law School record and says he had "zero qualifications" to become president of the Law Review "based upon his achievements and academic credentials." This is the second time I've heard that Obama was the first affirmative action president of the Law Review. Just before he was elected, the qualifications for being president were changed from smarts and academic excellence to 'helping right the wrongs of a facist society.'
As with Obama's Columbia records, all are sealed by purse-lipped Liberals who WILL NOT ALLOW any of Obama's records to see the light of day. If the simpering trust-baby losers at The Boston Globe had even a shred of integrity they would be screaming for Obama's Secret Records to be released. Why not? They have a team in Alaska just to try and discredit Palin.
If he had been disbarred, we would know about it. He probably just went inactive as he is not actively practicing law in Illinois. He may not have time to meet the continuing legal education requirements. He could pretty easily reactivate his license if he ever needed to.
How did he pay for his Harvard Education? Scholarship? Loans? He was not earning very much as a community organizer...heck who paid for his undergraduate education? Did he have loans to pay off? Where did Obama get his support?
I think Obama’s American grandparents made sure he had the finances to attend the prestigious schools. They apparently had good combined incomes and made sure he had a quality education even in private prep school.
He probably wrote his way on, and the topic of his essay was, “Put me on the Review, you racist Honkeys!”
Up until the 70’s, selection of the editor was based SOLELY on academic performance. In the 70’s, Harvard removed that SPECIFICALLY to increase ‘diversity’ of editors.

That’s really interesting. Is there a handy source for that? But then, I guess we are still waiting for Kerry to release his military records!
I bet Ann Coulter, who I believe was president of the University of Michigan Law Review, would release her LSAT scores if she were running for President.
Maybe we could get a debate of law review presidents, Ann vs The One. I’d watch that on pay-per-view!
Two editors from each of first-year class's seven sections (fourteen in all) are selected half by their first year grades and half by their scores on the writing competition. Another twenty are selected solely on their scores on the writing competition. The other seven to nine are selected by a discretionary committee, either to fulfill the review's race-based affirmative action program, to select students who just missed the cut by either of the other two processes, or by some other criteria as the committee sees fit.
We will probably never know which of these three categories Obama fell into.
I recall having personally applied to Harvard Law School years ago. You have to submit a photograph of yourself so the idea that he didn’t list his race on the application is immaterial. Schools like Harvard Law go out of their way to diversify their racial mix of students.
Obama and his wife are both Triple A's (Affirmative Action Clymers). They are higher on the AAA food chain than Chief Moose and his wife, but both couples are working the race racket, as are Gov. and Mrs. Deval Patrick and his wife in MA.
Hubby gets the plum. Wifey gets the well paid,often no-show sinecure for big bucks. Michelle is reputed to (a) never show up and (b) never talk to a white person unless absolutely necessary in public. For over $300,000/year plus perks. Give Chief Moose and his wife credit; they have added an unusual trick to the race racket. He always gets fired after a year or so on the job, because it is clear to all by then that he really is a dangerous idiot. He collects a big chunk of change to leave quietly: $500 large in one town. Then his wife quits her sinecure, and sues for racial discrimination. It's been an excellent scam for them. $300-400 Thousand at a pop for her, plus Chief Moose's bundle. I am exaggerating. They have only done this what, 3-4 times? Typically, this sort of black race racket scam artist is recruited by an AAA recruiting firm, and they move the incompetents around quite lucratively. Board of Ed President? No Problem! Got a friend of Obama's who is leaving, as it so happens, a job in Maine and is available to screw your whitebread little town right now!

I would have it checked. I’ll bet he received financial aid, his grandmother was the bread winner of the two, grandfather was a furniture salesman...in Hawaii. Who paid for his Harvard Education?

I honestly believe that Obama has to be the least intelligent man ever put forward for President by a major political party.
Although the college is rather small (about 2,000 undergrads) not one of my brother's alumni contacts was in the same class with Obama, remembers seeing him working in the cafeteria, or the library, or crossing his path in any way when their attendence overlapped.

If Severin had seen Obama's HLS record, he would be able to provide details concerning Obama's grades, etc.
Apparently Obama did graduate magna cum laude which means that his grades were somewhere near the top 10% of his class. This would seem to mean that he certainly did not have "zero qualifications" to be president of the Law Review.
Illinois does have a moral turpitude clause for bar admission. Obama may have decided not to maintain his Illinois bar membership.
