His real personality—the Chicago-machine thug politician—briefly emerged. This moment should have ended his candidacy—such vulgarity makes him unsuitable for the presidency. Of course, after Bill Clinton lowered the bar nearly to the ground, it’s hard to shock people...

Ann Coulter’s website has footage of Obama mocking John McCain’s arm disability. It could read either way, but given the current circumstantial evidence, I can easily convict.

Nope, which can be demonstrated by trying it yourself. It takes a lot more effort to use the middle than the index finger, as the middle finger resists extension without the company of its brethren ring and index fingers.
