Bull.

As someone whose job entails a good deal of public speaking, I can say Obama is full of it.

Don't just look at the words independent of anything else. The key is in how he delivered it. The way the joke is formulated, its only a single sentence and the last phrase - "it's still a pig" - is supposed to be the punchline.

When Obama presents the joke he begins "you can put lipstick on a pig..." and pauses. The audiences laughs, some applaud, then after this reaction Obama continues with the joke. He knew exactly what he was doing. The audience knew exactly what he was doing. And he's throwing a hissy fit because he thinks he's too clever to get caught.

This is evidence is his response today. Did you know what was suspiciously lacking? An apology. Even if someone meant no offense with a comment, the natural response is to apologize if it is learned that the comment caused offense. It isn't an admission of guilt, but rather just reinforcement that no harm was intended.

Not so with this slime ball.

His response is with mockery, sarcasm, and attacking the McCain camp and the media for the whole mess.

An apology is the last thing you'll ever get out of a man who thinks he's too clever to be caught.

I apologize for the grammatical errors in my last post. I’m just so infuriated by the arrogance of this man.
