Kim Jong-il's Health Trouble Started in Mid-August...Lost Consciousness at One Point

sparse human traffic at his office...medical team visits
thought to be treated at Bong-hwa Clinic in Pyongyang

Chang Il-hyun and Ahn Yong-hyun

His current condition

Based on information gathered so far, as of Sept. 10, Kim Jong-il is conscious and can speak, but he is not well enough to go around. He still suffers from some paralysis on his left side of body. He lost consciousness at one point, panicking N. Korean inner circle. Emergency treatment was administered and best medical team attended to him. The danger appears to have passed. S. Korean Intel agency believes he can still run the country.

N. Korea's regular army troops were moving from Mirim Airfield in Pyongyang(staging area for military parade) to Kim Il-sung Square for the parade and were turned back to the airfield on Sept. 9. Only female troops participated the parade later in the day (translator's note: N. Korean militia force made up the most of rescheduled afternoon parade.)

When his problem occurred

Red light went up for Kim's health sometime after Aug. 14. U.S. spy satellite picked up continued car traffic of senior N. Korean officials to and from Bong-hwa Clinic around Aug. 20. On the other hand, there was sparse traffic around Kim's office. There were other indications which suggest that his problem may have started in early August. On Aug.3, N. Korea internally announced that they would hold the election for Supreme People's Assembly but abruptly cancelled it. N. Korea used to send invitation for Chinese delegation one month before the anniversary of its founding on Sept. 9, asking them to attend the celebration. There was no such invitation this year.

Which medical teams are treating him

It was French brain specialists who reportedly visited N. Korea late August, supposedly to treat Kim's problem. According to some intelligence, German medical staffs which treated Kim's heart problem last May were also among medical team who visited Pyongyang this time. Kim may have problem with his brain because if it were purely a heart-related problem, his recovery could have been quick, but this time around it takes longer time for his recovery. There was also a report that five Chinese doctors visited N. Korea. This means that there are medical teams from four different countries involved in treating Kim, N. Korean, French, German and Chinese. There is even some allegation that Belgian doctors also came to N. Korea.

wikipedia -

"The BBC reported that Konstantin Pulikovsky, a Russian emissary who traveled with Kim across Russia by train, told reporters that Kim had live lobsters air-lifted to the train every day, which he ate with silver chopsticks - historically used in the Chinese Forbidden City in the belief that they would detect poison.["

Well, in the future, we can expect S. Korea's funeral guests from various red/pinko outfits and special prosecutors for crime against humanity, Russian embalming specialists, U.S. weapons inspectors, and Japanese abductee recovery team.

Once this whole deck of cards collapse in North Korea, the DPRK foreign ministry and secret police files on Albright, Wendy Sherman, Sig Hecker, Roger Clinton, Jimmy Carter and Billy Graham’s appeasement trips to Pyongyang, the internal notes of their secret police handlers and script writers, any transcripts of taped conservations in their rooms, should be VERY instructive. i look for at least some thing to come out that will point a treasonous, accusing finger at the Clinton Administration for example.... Got to get to these BEFORE they are destroyed by the Chinese or whomever is rifling around in those offices once the Potemkin village collapses.

Yes, we should secure them. We should not let treasonous big wigs in S. Korea and U.S. get away with their crime.

I know I'd like to raise a glass and say "hope you liking your Hot New Digs, Kim Jong-il !"
