FOR 9/11 - THE BALLAD OF MIKE MORAN

Many of you lost personal friends on that horrific day. FReepers lost some they knew, but never personally met. We surely miss Battalion Commander John Moran and Barbara Olson. I wrote a parody for Barbara that she saw and commented here on FR that she had posted it on her refrigerator.

I still remember Barbara Olson's face and her bright smile. Has it been seven years. So many beautiful lights left this earth and went on to a new life and I miss them all very much. God bless their families and our troops and their families that have gone on to fight this great evil. What a great nation we live in. God bless America and continue to protect her.

Beautiful Barbara-- what a lovely laugh and joy she had.
