She needs to come up with new things to say. Her speeches so far have been good, but it’s already getting stale. People will lose interest if she acts like a standard politician and keeps giving the same speech. A stem winder of a speech can only wind up a crowd just so many times. Just changing the order of the same old comments won’t keep the people tuned in. Surely she has much more to say...If she doesn’t, she’s not who we think she is. And if it’s the speech writers that are trying to “keep her on message”...She needs to be deciding what they are writing for her, not them telling her what she can and can’t say, without her understanding and agreeing as to why. I can listen to canned speeches all day long if I wanted to...but who wants to?

Good lord, how many times do we have to explain: it is called a STUMP SPEECH. Just because you follow her speeches at every new location does not mean 99% of the general public does. They don’t. Many of them are hearing these lines for the very first time.

The media is going to say it is the same speech even if it is not.

I used to think the same thing about Hannity on his radio show. It was annoying. He would just pound the same subjects hour after hour, day after day. Then he explained himself the other day. He does it because he knows most people don't listen to him every minute of every broadcast. They tune in periodically. Some are tuning in for the first time, etc. etc. Same thing with these speeches. Political junkies who love Sarah Palin are tuning in to every speech. But most people don't do that. Many are hearing it for the first time and many are only now just getting interested. The repetition has a purpose.
