The problem is, we the people do not hold the scumbag legislatures to account. It is high time we begin, eviscerate them!
Which, not so coincidentally, is why there are Republicans in the mix here. They are friends, and cronies of the corrupt Republicans Governor Palin has already gone after. Doing the right thing can often be costly, but it *is* the right thing. Thus I support, and stand by the Governor of Alaska against the "good old boy" goons...
