You sir/ma'am, are absolutely full of crap. McCain has always supported embryonic stem cell research, and has never, ever backed off of it. What he does not support (and according to the article on his site, which you posted) is the CLONING of embryos for use in ebryonic stem cell research.

Your accusations and declarations are wholly without merit. McCain is *not* a friend of the Pro-Life movement, and never has been.
I agree, McCain has supported it in the past. His position seems to be changing though for the better and we should welcome that change.
