It is a wonder how she was ever elected to office. According to the media reports, everyone in Alaska hates her. Or at least they have yet to report anything positive.
WTF is this? This is considered reporting? The woman has an approval rating above 80%, but the media swarm Alaska to find some democrat partisan kooks to take pot shots and call it a news story?

After two weeks of a massive political witch hunt by a pack of lawyers and investigators in Alaska and this is the best they can come up with? LOL

Cooper, now a 67-year-old substitute teacher on the Big Island, was one of five department heads Palin asked to resign as she instituted her own team to run the city.
“She’s a nice-looking woman, she can be affable, but she’s single-minded, in my opinion, and vengeful,” said Cooper, who moved from Wasilla shortly after losing his job.
Cooper, a self-described “bleeding-heart liberal” and a strong supporter of Democratic presidential candidate U.S. Sen. Barack Obama, said he was a casualty of Palin’s heavy-handed style that he said emphasized political loyalty over good work.

I’m in Hilo. I just did a search of the fellow, John Cooper, and he is (or was) head of the Sundance Film Festival here at the Palace Theater. He’s a self-admitted Lefty, so there’s that to consider. I’ll try to track him down for a Free Republic “exclusive” - this is a small town so I should be able to have a conversation. Will get back to y’all.

And, of course, it would be impossible to find one person who has crossed paths with the chosen one who would be willing to criticize him.
I just hope our side gets out and defends the hell out of her and not allow it all to build up until it starts to make Sarah look bad.

While I abhor the treatment Governor Palin is receiving, I can't help but applaud the ace cub reporter who convinced his editor that he needed a week in Hawaii to dig up some dirt.
Stupid me, I've yet to convince my boss that our new line of snow shovels would be a real hit in Hawaii if I could go there for a week or two and test market them.
