Mr. Berg will have to produce a copy of this Kenyan birth certificate as evidence.
If he can not, and if he can not produce any other corroborating evidence, this lawsuit will be dismissed.

The lawsuit is irrelevant. Prior to the suit, discovery has to take place. If Obama fails to turn over a valid birth cert, Berg would petition the judge to order him to do so. How will that look on the news ?

Nobama has to produce a valid birth certificate and supporting evidence of his legal position to be President.
