Why are you chasing this moonbeam? Even if he was born in Kenya, he's the child of an American mother. And why would you want to boot him off the ticket while he's imploding, and replace him with a Hillary Clinton who might actually win?

Read section 24, I think it covers that, if true.

>>Even if he was born in Kenya, he’s the child of an American mother.>>

It doesn’t matter that his mother was a citizen, if Obama was born in Kenya or somewhere else, he is not “natural born”. If he was born elsewhere, his mother was not old to make him natural by birthright as she was only 18 and you must have lived in the US for 10 years, 5 of which over the age of 16.

Also, if she became a naturalized citizen of Indonesia (which she did by marrying an Indonesian), her child became a citizen as well. If Obama never took the oath, he never relinquished his Indonesian Citizenship and he still cannot be POTUS. He might be able to be a Senator, but not President.

Oh yeah, the Obama Crimes and other Birth Certificate chasers are Hillary supporters.

It would make things interesting though if he was found unable to serve.

It's a legitimate concern. Considering his background many have doubted his allegiance. Being Constitutionally qualified is a serious concern.

replace him with a Hillary Clinton

Replacement would likely be Biden. However, even if Clinton replaced him, just imagine the disarrayed condition the Dems would be in after picking a unvetted unqualified canidate.

His mother was 18- by laws defining rights for non-US born children to claim US citizenship, she had to have lived in the US for 5 years beyond the age of 16- to be eligible to confer US citizenship on a child born outside the US with a non-US father

I'm sure the Clintons as Consitutional scholars (sarc) are aware of this fine point

My hunch is that Obama was NOT born in the US- his mother was a young ideologue flower child Marxist wannabe who hated America and wanted to suck up to her Black Kenyan “in-laws”.

Another possibility is she went to Canada to have him, just so he would NOT be born in a country she had contempt for. She attended HS in Washington State, just across from Canadian border

One of her friends recollects a young Stanley Dunham showing up in State of Washington with a newborn infant whose diapers she did not know how to change

It is frustrating there is so much anecdotal evidence and no one, not even the US FBI- has attempted to fill in the background.

Obama would not be able to get a US security clearance the honest way, unless his background was verified

An underaged American mother, and more to the point A KENYAN FATHER plus birth IN KENYA would make him a KENYAN by birth, not an American.

That's the law.

Gee, funny thing I thought Conservatives stood for protecting the Constitution and the rule of law. Is it now the case that it is more important that this-years RINO-of-choice win than that we follow the rule of law. Sure win at any cost. Overlook inconvenient facts that interfere with GOP electoral victory.

Some conservative!
