I just came back from a volunteer shift at our Victory office and fortunately a paid McCain/Palin campaign staffer was there today. She is very excited.
According to the info she has Obama’s Florida operation is disorganized and not accomplishing much. McCain had people on the ground in May getting staff trained and ready to turn on a dime.
I know that it is just one state...but things are looking up here.

State polls lag national polls by 1 or 2 weeks. By next week, these, too, will begin to decline.
For reasons I won’t go into right now—I take the firm stance it is very improbable for a Democrat to pull off an EV win and a PV loss. Improbable as in me winning the Powerball. Just won’t happen. So, I pay attention only to national polls.
Bounces end. Race tightens. MSM’s attacks on Palin don’t go into a vacuum. All expected.
The first debate, IMO, will set the tone for the rest for the season. If McCain can emerge as a winner from the first debate, he will be one. If he doesn’t, expect a nailbiter to the wire.
All of those state polls can be tossed... They were at the height of McCain’s bounce... As his national numbers drop below ZeroH’s, all of those polls drop by an average of 5 points or so
