Maybe he didn’t want to diss his Muslim brothers that caused this tragedy, by showing too much respect for the American dead!

The common thread is this: when attacked substantively, Obama counters personally. He gets angry, and he gets mean. He has read his own press clippings, and he believes them. He is The One. No one is allowed to attack him. He is a spoiled brat; a misogynistic punk who never psychologically matured past adolescence.

You should read the accounting of what a secretary had to report on Obamas behavior when he worked for a law firm. What happened? Do you have a link?

"
It seemed like he wanted to quietly show the very least amount of deference to claim deference while showing a certain quiet level of contempt, like a kid who was dragged to church when he would rather be playing ball." Passive Agression.
The man is a sociopath.

( If Obama had Palin's resume and experience Obama would be qualified to be VP too.)

Small gestures, the personal moments in life are hugely revealing of character. And what the American people saw at Ground Zero in Barack Obama were the things they don't want in a President. Its that simple.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Barak you were not in the gym throwing hoops...
That’s a flower...
And that’s a memorial to Americans who died when Islamic terrorists attacked our country and murdered them...
You put the flower reverently on the memorial in remembrance of the innocent victims who died there on September 11, 2008...
Too hard for you ????
Above your pay grade ????
Y’OK...

But Obama had a flag pin on and McCain didn’t, why does John McCain hate & disrespect America? Seriously, with all the other problems facing the nation, this is what people are worried about?

Obama graduated from Columbia University and later went to Harvard Law School. He attended Occidental College in Los Angeles before transferring to Columbia, not UCLA.
To: Verginius Rufus; Toki
I believe Toki was referring to the authoe of the article having gone to UCLA, not 0bama.

Do you have a video link, as I'd personally like to see it.
I don't have a video link, but surely it's out there. I did see the incident, and it was definitely disrespectful - like tossing away a cigarette butt is what I thought.
No big deal - coulda been tired, bored, whatever. But just showing up there is a gesture. McCain got it right.
To: caveat emptor
I did get a link. Not an extreme deal. I definitely wouldn’t want him at my memorial, regardless.

Thank you for the link.
Gotta give Obama a break on this one. The entire pool is the memorial. I think he was just trying to put his rose further into the middle - which a lot of other people had obviously done as the water was pretty well covered.
However, my impression was that Obama would not have stayed so long talking to the folks lined up to meet the VIP party, had he been alone.

yeah, you may be right about that. McCain knows how to reassure and comfort for sure.
