McCain/Palin and ordinary Americans vs. MSM, Hollywood, etc.
Politico ^ | Sept. 16, 2008 | Jonathan Martin

Posted on 09/16/2008 2:54:32 PM PDT by Eddiehaskell7

"He says he's siding with the people just before he flew off for a fundraiser in Hollywood with Barbra Streisand," McCain said of his rival. "Let me tell you my friends, there's no place I'd rather be than right here with the working men and women of Ohio."

McCain and Palin must begin to define the sides of this contest and shout it from the mountaintops.

On one side, you have the Elites. The MSM, the disfunctional amoral hollywood crowd, and other rather hairy and smelly america haters.

On the other you have the working american mother and father who share basic Judeo Christian values including integrity, hard work, honest work (with their hands..Jesus was a carpenter!) and who believe in this country.....who have always been proud of the USA.

They must draw this distinction and harp on it. That will make the Hollywood and MSM madder than a hornet and by mocking them and their values, expose their bias and hatred.

If you in the McCain campaign are reading this.....start doing this now......this article is a good start.

McCain is playing the “celebutard” card to good effect. He knows how sick and tired people are of know-it-all actors and entertainers.

While Americans in Texas were trying to recover from disaster, Obama was in Hollywood raising money...for himself.

What an ass.

Fabulous, just a fabulous punch at Obama's elitism. McBrilliant!

Wow, I just saw Obama plane making a weird approach for landing at Burbank (BUR) by not making a long final.

While the Hollywood commies give Barama nearly $30,000 per, plus another $2500 per to listen to Babs wail, the folks in Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi and Florida (Fay) are suffering. McCain and Sarah should pound this in their next ad.

Jesus was a carpenter (by trade) not a community organizer!

fanny and freddi are clinton creations...

Huh?
Did you mean the FHLMC and the FNMA?

The Emergency Home Finance Act of 1970 created Freddie Mac.
Fannie Mae was founded as a government agency in 1938.

How could they be Clinton creations? Please 'splain.

Could Hollywood be considered a Community? It’s the only thing I’ve seen him organize since his nomination.

Don't tell me... it was a "corkscrew" landing under sniper fire!

Hollywood is not a community. I think they're a cesspool. :)

Maybe a slip landing?

We’ve flown into Burbank when there was a strong crosswind & the pilot slip landed...

Sure was an attention getter at 1,000’

LOL, I wouldn't have noticed if his plane made a long final like most airliners approach. His pilots were like flying a Piper L-4 banking hard right to get to Rwy 26.

Sorry, this didn’t post...

“A slip landing is a technique for landing an airplane in a crosswind. As the pilot begins his final approach, he corrects for the wind by angling the plane and using the ailerons and rudder to correct for the wind.”

Used infrequently at airports that are in confined areas w/ limited runway.

And oh how I hope that plane was full to the overheads with members of the Obamatronic Media
