Whoever is watching - how is Palin doing?
Palin did great! She was articulate, enthusiastic, engaged with the audience.
She didn’t give thorough answers to every question, but neither did McCain. That’s maybe not possible in that kind of forum.
She did very well. Deflected some questions deftly and answered others with ease. I think she could have done better with the questioner that asked her about foreign policy experience, but it wasn’t a shocker of a moment or anything.
All in all, if McCain would nap in the plane while she does these meetings, I think they’d go even better.
