Kmiec should be publically excommunicated and banned from teaching at any Catholic institution until he repents.
The Catholic Church can not afford to allow its leaders to keep defending such condemnable sin.
It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were thrown into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.
