I’m just glad he’s over 18. He can do real jail time. I hope Alaska goes after him for the 5 years!
It is a felony to hack the information. It is another felony to disseminate it. He could be looking at 20 years.
BTW this is a Federal Crime.
Now if he committed this felony while holding a firearm, he could get an additional 12 years.
