script kiddies

Being a script kiddie takes more skill than exploiting the password recovery feature of a free email acct. :)

34 years in that seat. This won’t knock him out of it either, most likely.

Won’t do any good...he’ll just take the typical Dem approach; “Project, deflect, deny.”

Oh no!
Not *his* son!
No way!

Pitiful.

That's still about "Rubico". That link also states from dad:

"I talked to David today and he has not been contacted, not a target by any federal group, any investigation," Mr. Kernell told The Washington Times on Thursday night. He was answering phones at his office late into the evening to clear up inaccurate media reports, he said.

Here is how it will probably be spun ...Sure he shouldn’t have done it..but he admits himself there was nothing negative in the account..so actually he did her a favor by allowing everyone to know she isn’t so bad...

I would wager that anyone else even remotely involved with this will rat him out [pun intended] just to pre-emptively cover their own butt.

What the McCain campaign should do in this case: Don't crucify the nitwitt. Instead, Palin should do as Pope John Paul, II did to the man who tried to assassinate him, and issue a public forgiveness. Sarah, in an oh-so-calm tone, like a teacher trying to help a student, should issue a statement of forgiveness - before the Dems have a chance to debunk this thing and say it was a mistake or something dumb.

She should make a big issue of knowing how he gave into temptation, and that he is lucky this was caught before he went on to worse things, and how he now can get help to amend his ways, and how she is sure he has learned a hard lesson, etc. In other words, take the route of understanding and forgiving. (All tongue in cheek of course, but who can debate that without looking like an idiot?) It will flabbergast the Democrats. They won't know what to do. They certainly can't criticize someone who forgives something that the Democrats have done. It will shame the kid and his father more. And it will put all those who might try to cover up for this kid's actions to shame also.

Just a matter of time before they connect him with someone related to the Obama campaign.

....AND THEN...yawn, nothing will happen to either him or anyone else in Obama corrupt pool of advisors who might be implicated in this. OTOH, if this was a conservative hacker busting into Obambi's email account or Biden or any senior person on Obama's staff, the left-wing media & Obama's campaign would be screaming like maniacs, not only for the perp's head to roll but as well as any Republican who was even hinted at receiving anything.

More hypocrisy & double standards whenever the dimwit party of campaign corruption & violence commit crimes and get off with either nothing or a feeble slap on the wrist.

Rat b@$t@rds!!!

I would be willing to bet $50 that nothing happens to this scrawny dimwit twerp!

You would think the FBI, Justice Dept or Secret Service would be interested in prosecuting this to the fullest extent, but I won't hold my breath waiting for it!

Man? Then it's more to that story that meets the eye... Explanation was that someone called Yahoo Customer Service and claimed to be Sarah Palin. Then gave correct birthday date, zip code and correct answer to a security question about meeting future husband (at school). Satisfied CS reset the password...

Now that caller is a man?! I suspect Yahoo was not just careless, but complicit.

And it's not hacking, please! Hacking is using tech savvy and discovered software vulnerabilities to bypass computer security. What was done is just a scam, at best fooling Yahoo employee. At worst - a corrupt Yahoo employee.
