His name means alot more than that. The name originates back to the third Iman of Islam. Along with ‘Mohammed’ it is a prominant name with devout followers of the Religion of Peaces/Pieces
He is the first major party presidential candidate to recite the shahada to the New York Times.
Mr. Obama recalled the opening lines of the Arabic call to prayer, reciting them with a first-rate accent. In a remark that seemed delightfully uncalculated (it'll give Alabama voters heart attacks), Mr. Obama described the call to prayer as ''one of the prettiest sounds on Earth at sunset.''

Muslims know that the call to prayers, the adhan, starts with the shahada, the Islamic creed --- and reciting the shahada is a public declaration that one is a Muslim.
They also recognize that Senator Obama engaged in a public display of al-mahabbah when he stated that the shahada is the "one of the prettiest sounds on earth."
While I would debate some small issues with the author, I think he is coming very close to 100% with his conclusion here on how and why out nation's enemies support Obama.
So as an American who has lived outside of the US and spent much time in a Muslim country I can vouch for the veracity in this article.
It really needs to be understood by Americans back home that an Obama presidency will embolden terrorist acts against us and not reduce them.

I am thankful for the perspective you bring of the cultures int he East as they watch our political drama here in America. Sadly, We The People have lost our sense of our unique sovereignty, having bought the scam artists of the political parties for too many election cycles. And if there are any chickens coming home to roost, it is the vileness of sexual degeneracy writ large in democrat constituency, the abortion holocaust worshippers loudly denouncing a Republican vice presidential candidate for allowing a Downs Syndrome baby to be more precious than selfish motives, and the audacity of rejecting a scam artist who is black in violation to political correctness which has shaped US for too many years. Under the guise of race relations, those not comfortable with electing a man who protected vile infantiide are ridiculed for their fundamental values, while a man of fabricated values meant only to deceive voters struts about the land proclaiming himself to be our deliverer. If his protection for the evil of infanticide as a means to terminate pregnancies without the burden of a baby doesn’t clue Americans in to what this man serves, to the darkness at his heart, we are doomed as a nation.
