Democratic vice presidential nominee Sen. Joe Biden of Delaware sent a stern message to his boss, Democratic presidential nominee Sen. Barack Obama of Illinois to keep his hands off Biden's guns.
As reported by ABC News and Fox News this afternoon, Biden was trying to reassure rural Virginia voters that they have nothing to fear about losing their Second Amendment rights under an Obama administration.
From ABC:"I guarantee you Barack Obama ain't taking my shotguns, so don't buy that malarkey," Biden said Saturday at the United Mine Workers of America's annual fish fry in Castlewood, Virginia. "Don't buy that malarkey. They're going to start peddling that to you."
Biden told the crowd that he himself is a gun owner. "I got two," Biden said, "if he tries to fool with my Beretta, he's got a problem. I like that little over and under, you know? I'm not bad with it. So give me a break. Give me a break."
From Fox:
Biden has said he doesn’t hunt, but shoots skeet with the two shotguns. “I like that little over and under, you know? I’m not bad with it,” he said today.

And the few Americans with the cajones to tell them to try it.
When you figure out who to register it with please let the rest of us Floridians know so we can register ours.
P.S. There is no gun registration requirement in Florida no matter where you obtain it.

It’s HANDGUNS that will go first
As if gun control is about keeping millionaire politicians from owning expensive shotguns. Is there an Elmer Fudd as stupid as Biden thinks they are? If Biden had truly said, “Obama is not going to take away my AR-15 or your Kalashnikov,” that would be impressive (although I still would not believe him). And not politician who truly supports citizens owning rifles of military utility would be accepted on the Democrat ticket.
FACT: Any double-barrelled shotguns with dual triggers are BANNABLE TODAY by the rogue pork of the BATF as machineguns. They are TOLERATED only at the beneficence of the BATF, since one need only tie a string between the two triggers to fire two rounds with one pull of the trigger. Thus they are ALL readily convertable to fully automatic fire, under the law. They have ALREADY prosecuted on this! They have ALREADY banned other shotguns with a bore over .5 inches in diameter.
Then why do you have to go through the process of background,
and three day wait on handguns?
When you do that you know they register it.
For that matter, wouldn't a lot of straight-tube-magazine rifles also fit that definition? Just load the magazine with pointed (non-plastic-tip) bullets, chamber a round, pull the trigger once, and potentially fire off all the rounds in the magazine.
Incidentally, the way the AWB was written, it would seem to prohibit something like a bass drum, since such an instrument could easily hold more than ten rounds (probably more than 10,000) and nothing in the AWB language required that a drum or other device actually be able to usefully feed ammunition into a firearm.
We don’t need Joe Biden’s guarantee against Barack Obama taking guns. We already have a guarantee against Barack Obama taking guns. It’s called the Second Amendment.

Besides "Plugs" is a sitting Senator which means you are a little person and he's a special person so laws don't really apply to him

I’m with you. That would definately be a good one to see. Sometimes I wonder if Biden is actually campaigning for Mccain.
