Biden Possibly Dropping Out For Hillary?
Snopes ^ | September 18, 2008 | Pinkbell

You have to click on the link because Snopes won't let me copy and paste.

There is a rumor circulating apparently via email that Biden will drop out in early October (some say the 5th) citing health reasons, and Hillary will replace him. Snopes says the rumor is "undetermined" at this point, but they question whether Obama would switch because doing socould hurt him. They point out that switching hurt McGovern in 1972. An article written yesterday at the liberal Huffington Post thinks it would benefit Obama greatly and urges for it to happen.

Do you think there is any weight to this rumor? Would replacing Biden with Hillary help Obama?

I am suspicious, especially with that comment Biden made about Hillary being a better choice. I think the move could turn off some moderates/independents, but it would bring all the disenfranchised Hillary voters back on the plantation which would probably offset any damage.

It would be the end of the Obama campaign, and he knows it.

Probability- No.

Keeping him isn't exactly doing him a world of good either.

No and hell no, this rumor email has been going around for a week.

She wants NO part of the Obamanation, she wants to have McCain win and she will be able to run against him or Sarah in 2012.

If she were his VP she would never be able to be POTUS.

Besides, Biden dropping out would show even more that O’s first great Presidental move sucked.

I've been getting emails with the Snopes info. What is the legality of making a change?

Pipe dream. If Obamarama were to drop Biden, he’d be hit hard by us with his inability to make a decision and stick with it, often for political expediency. And I doubt Hillary would agree to be his 2nd banana.

I think as long as the Obamanoids in the “national media” continue to show Obammy leading in the polls, they won’t make a change. I don’t think the Obamanoids don’t want to be indebited to Clinton Inc. JMHO. Also, an Obama win would close the Oval Office to Hillary until 2016.

Rumors rumors rumors.
In this election cycle I’ve even heard that Bill Clinton has once again been unfaithful to Hillary.
Can you imagine?
Silly dirt mongers.
Obamma Lamma Ding Dong Dumping Joe Foot in Mouth for Lady long knives?
I don’t think so.

I'm not convinced that the HRC voters would come running back. They are pissed! They would say, “Well! If you thought she was the best choice, why didn't you pick her in the first place?” He didn't even vet her the first go-round.
It would look like exactly what it is: pandering to women voters to try and get them back from Palin. I think it would make BHO look very bad indeed.

My conspriracy idea is that Obama will drop out and be replaced by Hillary. She is white, female, the smartest woman in the world, and was a better lawyer than Obama.

Just my two cents worth. (and that is about all it is worth).

In any case whatever happens it is Bush’s Fault. :)

I seriously doubt this will happen.

Obama is screwed either way, slightly more so if he switches.

Nobody will believe any “health” reasons.

Simply he had bad judgment, again. That would burn him no matter who it is.

People ultimately are voting for President, not VP.
As much as we are happy with Palin.

I would NEVER count Hillary out, but getting her on the ticket would just show how lame and political Obama’s decision making process is. Getting rid of Biden would be, ahem, a no brainer.

It will be behind the media cycle because so many, like Rush have already predicted it, so it could be a disastrous move.

Don't know where the extra "don't came from. Should read, I don't think the Obamanoids want to be indebited to Clinton Inc.

**Besides, Biden dropping out would show even more that O’s first great Presidental move sucked.**

Most of us Believe that if Biden were to “””Drop OUT”””... that it was as the request of B Hussein Obama.

This would show B Hussein Obama’s FIRST EXECUTIVE DECISION was... WRONG!!! Can any of us trust him with Decision #2??

Not ME!!

Plus Hillary has already showed that she is scared witless by Palin. After all, she fell all over herself backing out of the big deal in NYC when she found out Sarah would be there.

I think the Demo’s internals must be showing that many of the PUMAs are in Palin’s camp to stay, at least until November.

If Biden comes off poorly in his October 2 debate with Palin I guarantee he will drop out and be replaced by Hillary.
