It is DIFFERENT this time...We kept our right to bear arms by ONE vote in the Supreme Court. If Obama wins...it is OVER...the democrats will quickly redraw disticts, give voting rights to illegals, and stack the courts..it will be OVER. PERIOD

I won't panic. I already have a plan, called on the cusp of my retirement: " Get the hell out of Dodge."

I will move to the Free Republic of Wyoming and live near Dick Cheny.

The next Justices to retire should be two libs, Stevens and Ginsburg. The only way that the balance of the SCOTUS will be affected would be if any of the conservative Justices or Justice Kennedy leave their seats. Kennedy is the swing vote. He is 72y.o. He should be around for a while.

The only other way for the balance to shift would be if 0bama added more seats to the bench. It could happen.(shivvver)
