Bill Clinton Travels Country Praising McCain's Decency, Palin's Instincts, and Barack...

Isn't it great to have one of the "greatest political minds and talents of our time" working on behalf of John McCain? He is working for him, right?

Here's Bubba on "The View" yesterday, leaving the gals in a state of slightly confused swoon as he finds no end of ways in which to praise John McCain while Barack Obama becomes little more than a parenthetical. Elsewhere, Clinton commented on Palin's "hotness:"

"I come from Arkansas, I get why she's hot out there," Clinton said. "Why she's doing well." ...

"People look at her, and they say, 'All those kids. Something that happens in everybody's family. I'm glad she loves her daughter and she's not ashamed of her. Glad that girl's going around with her boyfriend. Glad they're going to get married.'"

If you doubt that Bill Clinton hates Barack Obama, you have your head in the sand. Obama is trying to undo everything Clinton tried to do in the Democratic Party with Bill’s the DLC “new Democrats.”

I am a bit suspicious that the disasterous “John McCain can’t email” ad was a tip Bubba gave to Barry when they met in Harlem, knowing full well that McCain can’t type because of his war injuries.

Bubba is letting Clinton supporters know they're free to vote for McCain. He is twisting the knife deep in Obama's back. So much for party loyalty.

Maybe Bubba’s angling for an intern job under a vice-president Palin.

Bill Clinton so wants to be back in the helm of the Democratic Party, so to speak.

again, let’s keep repeating references between Palin and sex so that’s the only thing people think of when they hear her name.

how about asking mr. sink-drain to speak of her with some amount of respect!

Clinton understands something Barry and Axelrod simply don't get: A Democrat cannot win a national campaign running as a liberal. The only way for a Democrat to ensure victory is to run to the right of his GOP opponent on economic issues. Barry can't do that.

Yep. Can't remember a time the incumbent President spoke glowing of the opposition party's nominee.

Pity poor Obama. He didn’t have to make Bill his BFF but he never should have made him an enemy. Bill Clinton will keep thrusting that knife in his back from now until election day and he’ll smile and bite his lower lip the whole time!

What's the old adage? The enemy of our enemy is our friend?

Strange election cycle...but Barry Obama (and his minions) don't know half of what Bill Clinton has forgotten about politics...I believe Team Obama is getting schooled.

Shut up Bill. Take your left-handed compliments and patronizing good-will and stick it! As if Conservatives need or expect commendation from the ‘king of sleaze’

Caught a bit of the Hildabeast on Mika & Joe’s show this morning on MSNBC. She was saying all the things she would be expected to say about why Democrats should vote for Obama, but I didn’t get the feeling she really meant them. I did get the impression she would have been a harder opponent for McCain to beat if she had won the nomination.

Well, if Obama goes down in the election, then the Clintons will be back as the titular heads of the Democrat party. And as the Dems. look to 2012, Hillary may well be the front-runner.

The Clintons are making their future plans. No doubt about that. They are looking to a 2012 primary campaign where Obama won’t be a factor. Once Democrats lose the general election, they never seem to come back and try again. The Clintons think with Obama out of the way for 2012, Hillary will be the front-runner.

The Clintons also hope that we have huge economic problems that they can use against McCain in the 2012 campaign. And they will say “it’s the economy stupid”.

It’s paradoxical that bad news for our country, either our economy, or in foreign policy such as Iraq, becomes good news to the Democrat party.

Palin doesn't have any more kids than Pelosi. Yet, do you hear the MSM talk about all of Pelosi's children? Of course not.

yeah if Obama wins and gives us Carter 2, all of the dems will suffer. It would also be a killer for race relations.

Clinton is an alley cat, but he knows politics. He DOES get why Palin is exciting the ticket and moderates. His advice, not to go negative on her, but talk about why the dem ticket is better, is similar to what Karl Rove said Obama should do. I think that they’re right. I’m glad they’re too angry and short-sighted to follow good advice.
