The "lost" Palin files

When federal judges in San Francisco ruled in 2002 that reciting the Pledge of Allegiance in public schools was unconstitutional because it included the phrase "under God," Sarah Palin was not amused. Palin, who at the time was Mayor of Wasilla, Alaska, quickly drafted a terse letter to the editor of a San Francisco newspaper.

“Dear Editor,” Palin wrote in 2002. “San Francisco judges forbidding our Pledge of Allegiance? They will take the phrase ‘under God’ away from me when my cold, dead lips can no longer utter those words,” Palin wrote.

“God Bless America,” she concluded.

The act as if the majority of Americans did not believe the same thing about the Pledge, these people are out of touch.

Yep, right on Barack Obama’s backside. I’m sure that the hard lefties at MSNBC think they have found the silver bullet with which to kill off Sarah, but guess what? For tens of millions of God-fearing AMericans, they just set the adrenalin flowing anew!

LOL, I know that this has to be a hit piece because of it's source, but.... She loves her country, she has good manners, she believes in God....

Our grandson goes to a school in Wasilla, kindergarten. His mom was shocked when he recited the Pledge and included the phrase “under God”. She thought that phrase had been outlawed!
