This is crying out for an emergency Certiorari hearing before the US Supreme Court

(Obama isn't just an empty suit, he's a suit-Bomb trying to sneak into the White House.)
I am not a lawyer, but I know from reading various stories on this type of lawsuit that a person holding or running for public office has a much more difficult time suing in civil court in this type of case.
As for criminal court, there is not law that applies.
If I am wrong, please post the law.
If you threaten a public official, if you create a public disturbance you can be arrested.
But not for what you say providing you say it in a place allowed by law; meaning that you are not crashing someone else’s party to do so.
