House Minority Leader John Boehner (R-Oh) has removed this admendment of Dodd's from the current bill.
Senator Cantor (R-Va) is the Republican negotiator (Senate Side) and he said on Fox News a few hours ago that Dodd's provision that include ACORN and the other criminal socialistic organizations would not be in the bill.

John Fund is on FNC Live right now and saying as far as he knows this “Grandmother of all special interest provisions” is still in the deal. And that they already profited from past spring/summer’s housing must-pass bill.
