Advertisements lie about everything. From weight loss to a product that promises to clean your house, slice your tomatoes and make a million dollars in the real estate market.

Specifically...check out rule RULE 4-8.4: MISCONDUCT
(e) state or imply an ability to influence improperly a government agency or official or to achieve results by means that violate the Rules of Professional Conduct or other law;
(here - these 2 attorneys are saying that using their prosecutorial position and sherrifs (government agency) to influence criminal law results by prosecuting people who do not agree with their reflection of Obama)
Note in furtherance:
"[5] [b]Lawyers holding public office assume legal responsibilities going beyond those of other citizens. A lawyer's abuse of public office can suggest an inability to fulfill the professional role of lawyers.[/b] The same is true of abuse of positions of private trust such as trustee, executor, administrator, guardian, agent, and officer, director, or manager of a corporation or other organization."
Thank you for the info. That is a pretty interseting law on the Missouri books.
But it would seem to me it has been violated many times before. So would precedence apply?
The Obama campaign has no legal authority to order Missouri officials to do anything.

This is not even Chicago-style politics...this is KENYA-STYLE politics straight out of Odinga’s play book. I wonder how soon they will start burning churches?

It isn’t good news if they get away with it.
I don’t have a lot of answers. But when you’ve got what amounts to law enforcement goons going out to intimidate political speech,, this isn’t debate,, this isn’t even a bunch of nutroots protesting on some guy’s sidewalk. These are groups of so called law enforcement and lawyers actively working for a political candidate ready to attack any private citizen that writes or speaks something that contradicts their political candidate, who happens to be Obama.
By their very nature and actions,,, they are saying,, Obama is the only truth. There is no truth but Obama’s truth.
This is very very dangerous. This is so crossing the line.
This is Fascist! In other words, they are saying, you cannot disagree with any statement Obama makes. Or they will attack you with the full weight of their positions within government and law enforcement.
All they are missing are the brown shirts and the swastika armbands!
