Where would I be but for the grace and mercy of the Lord Jesus!

All that I have that is good, He has given me. All the good that He has given me, has been in spite of me! There is no good thing I can point to in my life and say, “Look, see what I have done! See what I have built! See how wise I have been!” No,, it has all been by the mercy of God that I have gotten this far. It was God’s grace that got me through High school,, His grace got me through college and on through the army. By His mercy and grace, I married a woman I did not deserve. By His mercy and grace He gave me 3 wonderful children.

His kindness, love and faithfulness brought me success when there should have been failure and life when there should have been death!
