No. The man who drove the Ryder truck filled with explosives (McVeigh was a passenger), the man known as John Doe 2, was an Iraqi Republican Guard officer, a Commander al-Husseini, from Basra.

McVeigh and Nichols were “lily whites”, used as a front for the operation.

Nichols repeatedly traveled between the Phillipines and the US to learn bomb making from a cousin of Khalid Sheik Muhammed, the #3 man in Al-Qaida.

The money man who paid everyone was a Palestinian Arab and a Oklahoma City landlord with numerous businesses. He was actually a member of the PLO.

This was a terrorist operation probably funded by Saddam Hussein, supported by Al-Qaida, and crewed by Arabs from various ME countries.
