Please keep in mind that these friends of mine are not fringy wackos. They do not attend protest rallies or belong to left-wing organizations. They are not starry-eyed college kids. These folks are average, property-owning, job-holding, educated, child-rearing Americans.
Based on their responses, I'd guess that the public is solidly behind Obama's call for government officials to use the power of the State against people who are deemed by them to be lying about Obama.
