Sorry to yell, but so many of you are missing this because you don’t read legislative drafts, so here goes:

ACORN IS DEAD. SECTION 106(b) AND (d) ARE DELETED LANGUAGE. ALL LANGUAGE WITHIN BRACKETS IS DELETED. ALL LANGUAGE WITHIN BRACKETS IS DELETED.

ACORN PROVISIONS ARE DEAD.

DO I NEED TO SAY IT AGAIN?

I am more concerned now with section 109....more reading in a minute...

..but, if that is the case, does that mean they have completely removed the definition of “Financial Institution” on page 4?
