But Obama is being sued because he apparently cant provide a simple document that the others easily could provide. Did they provide it? No, they weren't required to. Neither is Obama.

If Obama is elected "President", would you want him present his COLB before being sworn in???? He doesn't need to, so what I would like or not like is kind of academic.
To: Non-Sequitur; Uncle Chip
He doesn't need to, so what I would like or not like is kind of academic. Given that Obama:
A) Has relatives who claim he was born in Kenya.
And B) Has posted a COLB - a fake one at that - instead of an actual Birth Certificate to prove that he was born on American soil (state, military base, or otherwise).
Then you might see why people want to see his birth certificate. Given that being born in the United States is a Constitutional requirement to become President.

Then you might see why people want to see his birth certificate. Given that being born in the United States is a Constitutional requirement to become President. But given that A) He has relatives who claim he was born in the U.S. and that B) Nobody has provided any evidence that he wasn't born in the U.S. then couple that with the fact that C) No law requires him, or any other presidential candidate, to produce a birth certificate prior to running, then you can see why Obama hasn't addressed the issue at all.
If you think Obama was born in Kenya then prove it, and all this will be over.

He doesn't need to, so what I would like or not like is kind of academic. It's not academic in the least. It's a Constitutional question.
Can you answer it????

If you think Obama was born in Kenya then prove it, and all this will be over. The admission by the Obama campaign that he had been a Kenyan citizen until 1982 is evidence that he was born in Kenya not Hawaii.

The admission by the Obama campaign that he had been a Kenyan citizen until 1982 is evidence that he was born in Kenya not Hawaii. Try again. Obama's dual citizenship was the result of his father being a Kenyan citizen when the country achieved independence from Great britain. When Obama turned 21 he was required, by Kenyan law, to give up either his U.S. citizenship or his Kenyan citizenship. Not surprisingly, he gave up Kenyan. He wasn't born there.
To: Uncle Chip
Can you answer it???? He says he was born in Hawaii and I know of nothing indicating that he wasn't. Do you?
To: Non-Sequitur
Obama's dual citizenship was the result of his father being a Kenyan citizenOh really??? Where is your evidence for that statement???
His dual citizenship could also be the result of his having been born in Kenya of a Kenyan citizen.

So then I ask again:
If Obama receives the most votes for "President", would YOU want him present his as-yet-non-existent Hawiian COLB as proof that he meets the Constitutional requirements of that office before he is sworn in???? Or would you give him a pass???

Or would you give him a pass??? I wouldn't want him sworn in under any circumstances. But if he is elected then yes, I expect him to be sworn in. And if he wins I expect he will be. Unless you or one of your buddies can provide any evidence at all that he isn't a natural born U.S. citizen. Can you do that?
To: Non-Sequitur
His father.LOLOL -- You must mean "that father" who filled out that Kenyan birth certificate for him right there in Kenya.

Unless you or one of your buddies can provide any evidence at all that he isn't a natural born U.S. citizen ??? What if just before being sworn in, he comes clean and admits that he is not a natural born citizen and thanks the citizens for electing him anyway??? Would you still want him to be sworn in???
