McCain sponsored legislation with Teddy Kennedy that would have given amnesty to illegal aliens , sponsored with Joe Lieberman legislation supporting the fallacy of human induced global warming, sponsored with Russ Feingold legislation that would have restricted free speech under the guise of campaign finance reform. All are key issues supported by Obama not to mention many other occasions throughout McCain's career where he has sided with the socialist Democrats on a myriad of issues. They have many common friends on Capital Hill.
