I agree with you about the negativity. I feel like they need a jolt to wake them up. You’d think enslavement to a multi-trillion dollar “bail-out” might bring them to full awakening consciousness but I’m starting to wonder.
The real test is what will they do when they pass it—I’m certain they will pass it with modifications. Sometimes to get 300 billion you have to threaten with 750—get my meaning?

I’m convinced that 700 Billion would be over a trillion within a week. A couple of years ago the Govt. Budget for the Country was 3 trillion, what the hell is going on here? Something is very wrong with these numbers, there has to be a LOT of profit in 700 Billion.
They start with these kind of numbers and it’s hard to make sense of it, which I guess is the plan. lol
