Anyone with an astute knowledge about the rise of tyranny knows what Bezmenov is talking about. This is old news. The stuff has been going on in America since the 30’s. “Political Correctness” (Cultural Marxism) is a big driving point that has been around how long. Why the hell are you optimistic when the Repubs embrace PC? If anything your reaction should be the exact opposite.
Do you actually believe the majority know the powers that be are attempting to "brainwash"/desensitize/kill liberty by filling them with disinformation? If anything the masses are so intimidated by the aura of Cultural Marxism it has literally choke them of free speech and the willingness to express oneself without fear of repercussions.

Even people here are falling prey while believing they are on the right side.
When I was a kid we were taught about Marxism in school, believe it or not. Didn’t have to watch the movie to know what is happening in our great country. But there always seems to be a remnant among the masses that can’t be fooled. Many Freepers are in that remnant and some are still learning.

Not everyone is as smart as you, yes it did start in the 30’s in colleges. As for your last paragraph, I happen to agree with everything you said. You will see I said it earlier in the thread, I believe 99% don’t even know they’re in on the big picture. I KNOW Reid and Pelosi don’t know what they’re doing, they’re not smart enough to be that nefarious.
My larger point is that many here are falling prey to the drumbeat of negativity and inevitability of “President Obama”, etc., and they’re not all trolls.
