“Suppossedly the electoral college would convert its votes to the remaining candidate, for cause.”

That “Supposedly” is a big word and an even bigger assumption. Electors are politicians or wanna-be politicians and their minions. Dem electors are not going to vote for a Republican president.

Meant to add, it is as easy to string the lawsuit out to late January as it is to early November. The Berg won’t make a difference in this election, at least not enough to put McCain into office if he loses the election.
