Obama is *very* aware of what he is. There are people on this board who have met him in person, he's easily the most personable democratic politician. Even hardcore conservatives like him in person.
This is what makes him dangerous. Obama is *not* crazy and has complete control over himself(unlike Billy C).
Underestimate him at your own peril.
People with personality disorders can be very charming as needed.
Huh? NPD types are almost always EXTREMELY charming in person. They seem to make friends instantly, to “feel their pain.” But that’s because they are master manipulators of people’s emotions (something a person with true empathy wouldn’t dream of doing). The reality, though, is that these “friends” mean nothing to the narcicist - they’ll be “thrown under the bus” at an instant’s notice.
And this isn’t underestimating Obama. Quite the opposite, in fact - it is recognizing part of why he is so good at politics and how dangerous he really is.
