Obama said in a Debate against Hillary that when the Capital Gains tax was cut Revenues INCREASED and his plan to raise the tax would reduce Revenues ,he responded so what its a question of fairness . Obama made that same comment to Maria Bartiromo. Didn’t care if revenues increased, it was a matter of fairness to redistribute that money.
