Actually, ‘Bosniac’ is the usual noun for referring to a Muslim Slav. “Bosnian” is a person from Bosnia, a region largely in habitted by Bosniacs, but also by other of the same ethnic stock (Serbs—Orthodox Christians, and Croats—Latin Christians).
