Kathleen Parker was right when she said Sarah was "out of her league".

The fact is that Sarah, like Ronald Reagan, is clearly in a league of her own.

She has out shined every candidate so far and has given me a glimmer of hope for the future. It is just a glimmer, however, since I know that Obama will do anything, lie, cheat, steal to win this election and he has a lot of help from crooked politicians and the entire MSM.

But there is "hope" now. Keep praying. We may win this one yet.

Sarah Palin has proven her qualifications by actually making decisions that have borne real fruit -- results. And proven results certainly matter to me.

This is a great point and would be a wonderful talking point to contrast Sarah to both Biden and Obama.

Truthfully...has OBAMA achieved RESULTS in ANY ENDEAVOR he has undertaken? Exactly WHAT has OBAMA ever done?

Can ANYONE tell me ANYTHING this man has accomplished other than graduating from college and successfully running for office? WHAT has this man ACTUALLY ACCOMPLISHED?

"love-hate"

Agreed. Bill is many times a bloviating, ignorant loudmouth. But he was right about Frank. I usually hate shouting matches, but somebody should have taken a two-by-four (figuratively speaking) to Frank a long time ago.

I have noticed with both McCain and Palin that have decided simply not to argue with conventional wisdom on some things. McCain went deep into the need for nuclear power and coal, but he pretty much doesn’t challenge global climate change. The same with Palin. She didn’t challenge global climate change. I think it’s an effective strategy. Why get into the weeds on a subject that science geeks are busy arguing over? The truth is that the climate is ALWAYS changing, so they can fall back on that in the future when they settle on specific policy.

It’s the same with health care. They simply acknowledge a need for health care and leave the details to the future. (Although McCain’s plan involves individual purchases.)

With the bailout, they are simply agreeing that “greed” is the root cause. I actually have no problem with that. In fact, I fully agree with it, but it’s a deflection.

Ha - I saw a replay of some of the sequence.

Wonderful stuff - Frank was melting on camera...

O’Reilly is an egomaniac but he often says things that I was thinking so he’s ok for me - but I can see people getting upset with him too.

Kathleen is a writer? Who would have known? Hope she didn’t spend those 40 pieces of silver.

Pray for W, Palin/McCain and Our Troops

It seems that Kathleen Parker is now becoming the George Will, who became like Anthony Sullivan, who is no longer considered a conservative voice now. Sad to see it come, but I’ve wondered at more than one of her articles this year. I see the middle-to-left slide coming on. Oh, those who think that they are being so objective, soon to find themselves over the line.

I would never have said that Kathleen Parker identified herself as a "Conservative" as a writer or pundit.

Kathleen Parker sometimes writes with the common sense of a common person. That is a conservative attribute. Mrs. Parker will also write with the emotion of a feeling person. The kind of person who will blurt out an opinion before it is an informed opinion. That trait does not come from the conservative side of the fence.

I don't think it is even going to be close electorally. The popular vote might be close, but lets not forget that polls at this point eight and four years ago predicted President Gore and President Kerry.

“The kind of person who will blurt out an opinion before it is an informed opinion. That trait does not come from the conservative side of the fence.”

Speaking of which, Parker, Noonan, mushy David Brooks, and all others of their ilk need to be drummed out of the conservative camp for good. Then they will be free to drool over the likes of Barry full time.

Kathleen Parker would do her country and party a favor by withdrawing as a writer.

No, she should do the honorable thing and fall on her sword, and if she doesn't have a sword, we will provide her with one (because conservatives are compassionate).
