The letter only said there may be Privacy Act issues. They were unable to determine that because Berg's request didn't meet with federal regulations and lacked specificity.

HIPAA (not HIPPA) stands for Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. It was not intended to be a privacy law, although that is how it has morphed. In fact if you ask the majority of people they will tell you that the “P” stand for privacy. Two years ago, I had to print out a copy and show a hospital administrator in order to get access to my wife’s medical records because she didn’t understand what she had wrong with her and they wouldn’t talk to me.
How the “Minions of O” has used this to further their cause is appalling.
It looks likely that Wash. knows exactly what the truth is and is willing to throw us under the bus.(Like, ‘’ we know he wasn’t born here, but we ain’t gonna tell you.)

Someone posted a comment on another story here about Obama turning in his law license. If that's so then he must have been in a situation where he was "asked" to do so. This is the usual reason. Give it up or pay the price. Is there a way to really find out? I'm not in law and have no idea how to investigate such things. Can we find out if this is true and what the reason was?

Is this true? Did obama turn in his law license - maybe Sarah ought to start asking about that too!!!!
All he has to do is prove that he was born in the US and not Kenya! A President should be a resourceful person but Obama Hussein seems to be useless and incompetent. Even I can prove I was born in the US and I am not even running for President!
