---- SVD asked "
When he moved to Indonesia, did he give up that citizenship?"---
Have you read the law Berg cites? There's an interesting discussion and - better yet - links to the actual law on this issue,
here.
According to the linked law, Berg misstates one law (about Obama's mother's citizenship) and totally ignores the other law which provided that Obama's citizenship could not be lost due to his mother's actions, since he returned to the US before he was 23.

Besides, the officials at the school in Jarkarta may never even have asked to see Obamas birth certificate. They may have only asked his mother where Obama was born and then wrote that done.
I think this is likely. Of course, I also think it's likely that they never asked for proof of Obama's religion or citizenship. If that's the case, the document proves nothing. Either it's evidence to support the information alleged in it or it's not. Can't "pick" one piece of information and hold that up as evidence, while rejecting the other "pieces" as nonevidence.

It's about as valid as his birth certificate.

Berg mistates the law? Will wonders never cease? </sarcasm>
I think this whole thing needs to be wrapped up quickly so Berg can go back to what he was doing before: trying to get Bush and Cheney indicted on criminal charges for their part in covering up the 9/11 attacks.
