It seems cut and dry. How come he won’t prove himself?
Don’t we, as U.S. citizens, have the right to DEMAND the proof that Barack Obama meets the qualifications? If a court dismisses it, don’t we still have the right to know?
Maybe I need to get out the Constitution and look this up myself, but who exactly oversees and appproves that a candidate meets qualifications?
There is no clar answer to that question. I called the FEC and they said it was the job of “Congress” to validate the electoral college. With a majority of ‘Rats in Congress, is there any doubt that they would completely ignore any and all evidence that Obama is not constitutionally ineligible to be president? Therefore it falls on the shoulders of the people like Mr. Berg to take it to the courts and force the issue. I hope the judge comes to a swift decision.
