They need to put some Republicans on television to make speeches , making the case for McCain and against Obama. Thompson for the base and Giuliani for Florida, probably.

YES! And Liberman in Florida, Mit in Michigan, Palin...well she needs to go to every state...how many days are left???

My big concern is the collage students and ACORN'S fraudulent registrations. There are far too many voters this election that are voting style over substance. It is an absolute shame.Obama shouldn't even be in the Senate, let alone the White House.

"You and I have a rendezvous with destiny. We will preserve for our children this, the last best hope of man on Earth, or we will sentence them to take the last step into a thousand years of darkness." - Ronald Reagan, "A Time for Choosing," 1964

That's how Reagan really jumped on to center stage, making his classic, definitive "A Time for Choosing"/"Rendezvous with Destiny" speech for Goldwater in '64, jumpstarting the conservative movement. They need something similar for McCain.

"A Time for Choosing" Reagan '64 (transcript)

Someone like Hannity should run clips just of the Reagan speech for historical perspective on how a good media strategy can launch conservatism. Fred Thompson would be good for a live, televised campaign speech. He's got the right affect, stage presence, stature, and speaking voice.
