Not court records, but there is proof that he went to school as “Barry Soetoro”, Soetoro is his stepfather’s name and also it was/is law that you cannot go to a government/islamic school unless you were a citizen (or adopted by one).
I’m looking for that photo of his school records that the AP published showing his name as “Barry Soetoro”. I think I downloaded the pic.

The school may have given the original to Cong. Eni Faleomavaega (D, Amer. Samoa) in exchange for "thousands of dollars to upgrade the school and for the purchase of computer equipment."
