The judge is probably hoping it goes away or is trying to figure out how to rule so he doesn't look like a fool or that he is in the tank for Obama. Once he figures that out he will rule in favor of Obama and send Berg packing.

THIS is something that EVERY American should have the right to know is going on. They should know that Obama is stalling in producing these very basic documents.

If this is in BREAKING it will get much more of the attention that is deserves.
